This page explains what information Moyan Objects collects when you use this website, why we collect it, where it is kept, and how you can have it removed. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal language.

1. Who we are

Moyan Objects (“we”, “us”) is an independent shop selling Chinese teaware, operated by an individual. You can reach us at any time at qixiang145@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• If you subscribe — your email address.
• If you send us a message — your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message.
• If you order — your name, delivery address, and order details, which are required to send your parcel.

We do not collect payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal, and your card or bank details are never seen by us or stored on this website.

3. Why we collect it

• To reply to your message.
• To send you the guide you asked for, and occasional notes about teaware and brewing — but only if you have opted in.
• To send your order to the address you gave us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. How long we keep it

• Subscriber email addresses — kept until you unsubscribe, then removed.
• Messages you send us — kept for up to 24 months, so we can look back at a conversation if you write again.
• Order records — kept as long as required for accounting and after-sales purposes.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information.
• Stop sending you emails.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under your local data protection laws. We will honour those requests the same way.

6. Where your information is stored

Information you submit through this website is stored on servers operated by our service providers, which are located in the United States. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Cookies

This website stores a small preference in your browser to remember which language you chose. We do not currently use advertising cookies or build user profiles. If we add analytics tools in future, we will name them on this page before they are switched on.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
